Napa Valley loop

Willie, Dusty, Kirk, Bret & Darel, left the Quick Stop (on Onstott Rd & Northgate, [frontage road], Yuba City) @ 8AM. We were headed for our monthly Westord Riders meeting held the 3rd Sat ea month @ the Black Bear Diner in Gridley. After our meeting, Bret led us on a ride to Cache Creek. The day had warmed up considerably, and the seven bikes and nine riders decided to take the Napa Valley loop around Lake Berryessa into Calistoga and back Hwy 20. We were all treated to a great Mexican lunch@ Pacifico in Calistoga by Chuck & Elva Newman. Wow, what a gracious gift by Chuck! Paul & Janie Morey joined us on their Wing, so we had four Harley’s, a Yamaha, & a Suzuki on this 295 mile ride. We arrived back in Yuba City @ 6:30 PM just as the wind was gusting and the temperature was dropping back down to the 30’s.
